The paper entitled: "Portable 3D-printed sensor to measure ionic strength and pH in buffered and non-buffered solutions " is published in the Prestigious Food Chemistry Journal

A new article by MicroTech Lab group is just published at the prestigious Food Chemistry Journal. It shows the firt 3D-printed ionic strength sensor based on microfluidics that allows the control of wine ionic strength near the production process. Such Technology is an advancement in portable devices to achieve quantification with accuracy in out of lab environments.
